​As independent sponsor, we pursue U.S. real estate investments on a deal-by-deal basis. We offer accredited investors access to institutional quality real estate. To be added to our investor list and be notified of an upcoming transaction that aligns with your investment goals, complete and submit the investor input and prequalification form below.
We encourage investors to ask questions, learn and make informed decisions. As a general guideline, your investment criteria should be based on key parameters such as preferred investment time horizon, size of investment per transaction, return expectations, risk tolerance, liquidity requirements, degree of control or discretion, appetite for leverage, currency issues, specific tax goals, and more. Different types of real estate investments will generate different risk-reward and liquidity scenarios.
    We only accept investments from Accredited Investors. An Accredited Investor is someone who (i) has earned $200,000 or more (or $300,000 or more jointly with their spouse) for each of the last two consecutive years and is expect to earn the same in the current year, (ii) possess a net worth of more than $1 million (either individually or in partnership with one’s spouse), not including the value of their primary residence.     Choose all that apply; (i) CORE and CORE-PLUS (Stabilized Income-Producing differentiated by lease-up risk); (ii) VALUE-ADD (Limited Stable Income, Active Management, Significant Return from Appreciation / Depreciation); (iii) OPPORTUNISTIC (No In-Place Income, Majority Return from Appreciation / Depreciation e.g.: Ground-Up Development); (iv) DEBT (Lending, Loan Purchase); (v) TAX DEFERRED (1031 Exchange, Deferred Sales Trust or DST); (vi) OPPORTUNITY ZONES are an economic development tool tailored to spur economic growth and job creation in low-income communities while offering tax benefits to investors
    Choose all that apply; (i) SOLE OWNERSHIP is where the investor prefers to own the asset 100%; (ii) JOINT VENTURE or JV is a vehicle where at least two parties share a common investment objective and the investor may be involved as an Active investor / general partner (GP) or Passive investor / limited partner (LP); (iii) CLUB investment is generally with a limited number of investors investing in a common strategy wherein the investors have more control than a typical fund; (iv) SEPARATE ACCOUNT or SMA or Managed Account are portfolios managed exclusively for the investors in accordance to their investing and tax preferences and the investors owns the assets directly
