atapia@ploutusadvisors.com Mr. Tapia has worked in the US and India on over 16.0 million square feet or $2.5 billion worth of real estate transactions across several property types and product life cycles. Prior to founding Ploutus Advisors, Mr. Tapia co-managed the west coast office for UrbanAmerica, a leading institutional urban real estate private equity fund originating over $2.0 billion of commercial and residential transactions throughout the US. At UrbanAmerica, Mr. Tapia worked on several key investments, one such being the $485 million acquisition of a 3.1 million square foot office portfolio. Prior to joining UrbanAmerica, Mr. Tapia worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he advised clients such as Washington Mutual, O’Melveny Myers, Alaska Airlines, Sempra Energy, Warner Bros., City National Bank and several others on transactions and projects in excess of 11 million square feet. KHURSHEED SORABJEE
ksorabjee@ploutusadvisors.com Ms. Sorabjee has extensive experience of over 15 years in corporate finance, investment banking and accounting. Most recently she was a senior member of the acquisition finance group at ING Capital in Los Angeles where over a period of 8 years she sourced, structured and underwrote debt capital in excess of $1.0 billion across several industries. In her more recent role at ING Capital she managed a portfolio of 13 investments approximately worth $300 million. Prior to ING Capital, she worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at ING Barings and Deloitte and Touche in New York. Ms. Sorabjee brings strong credit, structured finance, investment banking and accounting skills to the team. She started her career at Deloitte & Touche in India. Qualifications:

PERRY SCHROEDER
pschroeder@ploutusadvisors.com Mr. Schroeder has 23 years of real estate development, mortgage banking and commercial brokerage experience. As Director of Real Estate Development at The Martin Group he spearheaded the acquisition and development of office, multifamily, and retail projects. During the course of his career Mr. Schroeder has played key management roles in the development and construction of over 3,200 residential units and over one million square feet of commercial space. Prior to Mr. Schroeder’s real estate development activities he worked in the mortgage banking industry for Option One Mortgage and Pacific Thrift and Loan. MANISH SRIVASTAVA
msrivastava@ploutusadvisors.com Mr. Srivastava has over 13 years of Wall Street experience in real estate capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, valuation, investment banking with some of the most respected firms including Wasserstein Perella, Ernst & Young and JP Morgan Securities, Inc. He has been involved in several transactions (worth over $50 billion) involving real estate, financial institutions, technology, media and telecom. Mr. Srivastava has advised several leading private equity funds on due diligence of asset portfolios, properties (across asset classes) and business operations. He is also an architect by training.
